Hawaii Homes is a large seaside development in Esentepe, on the north coast of North Cyprus between the Kyrenia mountains and the sea. A private stretch of beach is only about a two-minute walk away, as are a marina and yacht club, restaurants and a wellness centre.

On site you will find an outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool, a fitness centre, a restaurant, a children's playground and landscaped gardens, with parking for residents and guests and an on-site management team.
